第二十九次締約方大會(huì)（COP29）在阿塞拜疆首都巴庫(kù)舉行，每年一度的氣候變化大會(huì)都是全球共同推進(jìn)應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化行動(dòng)的重要活動(dòng)，會(huì)議聚焦氣候資金、政策目標(biāo)和全球的清潔未來(lái)等多個(gè)主題。聚集195個(gè)締約方、2052家觀察員組織、1454家媒體，約6.7萬(wàn)名代表注冊(cè)參會(huì)。在COP29，我見(jiàn)證了中國(guó)的大國(guó)擔(dān)當(dāng)。

The COP29 was held this year in Baku, Azerbaijan. This annual conference is a crucial platform for advancing global climate action, addressing issues ranging from climate financing to policy goals, and shaping the path toward a cleaner, more sustainable future. The event saw 195 parties, 2,052 observer organizations, 1,454 media outlets, and approximately 67,000 registered delegates. At COP29, I had the opportunity to witness China's leadership in global climate action.

中國(guó)在全球氣候治理中發(fā)揮著重要作用。作為全球氣候行動(dòng)的重要參與者，中國(guó)始終堅(jiān)定不移地推進(jìn)氣候行動(dòng)，不僅通過(guò)國(guó)內(nèi)政策引領(lǐng)綠色轉(zhuǎn)型，還積極推動(dòng)國(guó)際氣候合作。在COP29期間，中國(guó)代表團(tuán)通過(guò)推動(dòng)氣候談判、分享減排技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)、向國(guó)際社會(huì)展示綠色低碳發(fā)展成果，展現(xiàn)了中國(guó)在全球氣候行動(dòng)中承擔(dān)的大國(guó)責(zé)任。在中方主辦的10個(gè)邊會(huì)主題日上，涵蓋了從能源轉(zhuǎn)型到綠色金融的各個(gè)議題，這不僅促進(jìn)了各方的交流，也增強(qiáng)了全球應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的集體行動(dòng)。

China plays a vital role in global climate governance. As a key player in the global climate effort, China has firmly committed to advancing climate action, not only through domestic policies that lead its green transformation but also by actively fostering international cooperation. During COP29, China's delegation played a key role in negotiations, shared emission reduction technologies, and showcased the country's achievements in green, low-carbon development, reflecting its sense of responsibility as a major global power. The ten side-events hosted by China covered a range of topics, from energy transition to green finance, fostering greater dialogue and enhancing collective action in addressing climate change.

大會(huì)期間，中國(guó)發(fā)布《中國(guó)能源轉(zhuǎn)型展望2024》執(zhí)行摘要，明確指出能源轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)于中國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和目標(biāo)至關(guān)重要，不僅體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)在氣候行動(dòng)中的決心，也為全球氣候治理提供了借鑒。尤其是在能源結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和碳排放減緩的過(guò)程中，中國(guó)提出的創(chuàng)新模式和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，將成為其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家的參考。無(wú)論是提供氣候資金，還是推動(dòng)國(guó)際合作，中國(guó)都為全球氣候治理注入了強(qiáng)大的動(dòng)力。

At the conference, China also released the "China Energy Transition Outlook 2024," emphasizing the importance of energy transformation in achieving its carbon neutrality goals. This report not only highlights China's determination in climate action but also offers valuable insights for global climate governance. The innovative strategies China has adopted in optimizing its energy structure and reducing carbon emissions will serve as a reference for other developing countries. Whether through financial support or promoting international partnerships, China is a driving force in global climate governance.

Whether through climate financing, green technology cooperation, or policy coordination and knowledge sharing, it was clear that the world is united in the responsibility and mission to address climate change. Seeing global leaders, experts, and scholars discussing how innovation and action can drive sustainable development further reinforced my belief that future climate action will not be the task of a single nation, but a collective effort where the world stands together.

As we have seen, from climate financing in developing countries to technology sharing from developed nations, each effort is paving the way towards achieving global climate goals.
